Following the Knox County Fair, 4-H exhibitors in Knox County will compete at the Knox County 4-H Fair. Emma Eathington, Knox County 4-H Program Coordinator says the General Show begins July 13th.
“Starting July 14, we bring livestock out to the fairgrounds. We’ll exhibit our animals on that Monday and Tuesday, and then animals are released home Tuesday afternoon,” says Eathington. “The families then come back for the livestock sale, which is huge within our community and very well supported.”
The Knox County 4-H dog and horse exhibitors participated in their contests on June 22 and July 7th.
