Monmouth-Roseville and United High Schools Host Signing Day

Monmouth Roseville and United High Schools held their signing days on Wednesday, with both schools having a record number of athletes planning to compete at the next level. United Athletic Director Jeremy Sharp introduces us to the Red Storm seniors who will play in college.

Monmouth Roseville will have eight athletes moving on to the next level. Leslie Albert will head to McKendree University to continue her power lifting career. Junior Avedano, Ivan Godina and Payton Thompson will all attend Monmouth College to play football in the fall. Dame Thioubou will continue his track and field, as well as football career at Monmouth. Maddox Clark will also be joining Thioubou on the Monmouth College track and field squad. Brianna Woodard will be seen in Fighting Scots red and white in August, as she continues her volleyball career. Anders Bergren will head to St. Olaf College in Minnesota to join the swim team. Congratulations on outstanding high school careers and good luck to each student/athlete in their future endeavors.
