**POSTPONED** Warren County Bicentennial Celebration Set for December 13

There is a special celebration coming up on Saturday, December 13, in Warren County. Warren County Treasurer Danielle Cox shares the details.

“It’s the Bicentennial for Warren County. We are having a celebration on Saturday, December 13, at the Warren County History Museum. It will be from 1 to 4 and it’s free to the public. We wanted to get a variety of speakers, so we have Rod Davies, the Mayor of Monmouth, Martin Edwards, the Warren County Sheriff, Mike Halpin, our Illinois State Senator, Dan Swanson, our Illinois State Representative, Tom Best, retired social studies and history instructor, John Turnbull, owner of Turnbull Heritage Museum, and Jake Armstrong, the Warren Henderson Farm Bureau President.”

The Warren County Bicentennial celebration will take place Saturday, December 13 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Warren County History Museum.
