Graham Health System Appoints Allison Sours as President & Chief Executive Officer

Graham Health System (GHS), a regional healthcare provider established in 1909 and headquartered in Canton, Illinois, is proud to announce that Allison Sours has assumed the role of President & Chief Executive Officer.

Sours joined Graham Health System in April 2018 as Vice President of Quality, where she provided strategic leadership in advancing organizational quality, safety, and patient care excellence. She now steps into the role of President & CEO with a continued commitment to expanding access to high-quality rural healthcare for communities across Central Illinois.

Allison holds a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and an Executive Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership from Bradley University. She is a native of Central Illinois, bringing both deep professional expertise and a personal connection to the region served by Graham Health System. As President & CEO of Graham Health System, Sours will also serve as President of the Graham Hospital Foundation. She currently serves on the Board of Kiwanis Club of Canton and is the Founder and Director of the Tremont to Peoria St. Jude Run.
