Achiever of the Month: October

Share

Dr. Steven Murmann was named Warren Achievement’s Achiever of the Month for the month of October. He has been practicing dentistry in Monmouth for nearly 32 years on the Public Square. Warren Achievement’s Marketing Coordinator Sean Cavanaugh talked about why Murmann was so deserving:

“People always say ‘I don’t do it for the recognition.’ Well, that’s fine. But you’re going to be recognized because it may inspire other people in this town to do something that is of service to the community. One of the things that Dr. Murmann does is, he volunteers several days a year at no cost for the full day and treats our achievers,” Cavanaugh said.

Cavanaugh, fellow dentists, and a few patients surprised Murmann last month with the prestigious award.

Murmann attended Monmouth College from 1976 to 1980 and graduated with a chemistry degree. After leaving the area for a few years, he returned in 1985 and has been working in Monmouth ever since.

Dr. Murmann enjoys golf, fishing, sailing, and brewing his own craft beer in his free time. Congratulations to Dr. Murmann on receiving this great award!
