Pick up per house is limited to one pick-up load of garbage. They will allow up to 2 appliances, automotive batteries, and metal at each residence. Items need to be out on the curb no later than 4 am Saturday.

United States Postal Service Letter Carriers will be collecting non-perishable donations during their mail routes and then delivering to local food pantries. Donations can be placed inside your mailbox or in a bag next to your mailbox to be collected.

Join the City of Galesburg Parks and Recreation for the 39th Annual Youth Fishing Derby at Lincoln Park. Children ages 3 to 15 are able to fish. There will be prizes, hot dogs, and the mobile playground. If you can, please bring your own fishing pile as limited quantities are available to borrow.
