Entertainment will be provided by the Monmouth Municipal Band, beginning at 7pm. Tickets for the social are only $3.50 and include ice cream, homemade cake or pie, and drink. For an additional $3.50 you may enjoy a Sloppy-Joe sandwich and chips. The event will be held outside at Strom Center in Monmouth.
