The FREE Rules of the Road Refresher Course is offered by the Illinois Secretary of State’s Office at the Warren County Public Library. A representative from Jesse White’s office will update drivers on current rules of the road, review the vision and driving exams, and prepare drivers for the general written and road sign exams. The course is intended for drivers over the age of 16 preparing for their renewal exam. The class is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
