This time of the year the holidays typically bring joy and excitement; however, they also can bring stress and anxiety for many people. According to a survey by the American Psychological Association, 38% of people say their stress level increases during the holidays. OSF HealthCare Psychotherapist Dr. Kaleena Williams offers suggestions of how to decrease stress levels this holiday season:
