University of Illinois Extension Hosting Online Workshop Series for Caregivers and Service Providers

A workshop series entitled Learning, Thinking, Caring, hosted by the University of Illinois Extension, will begin Thursday, September 8th for caregivers and service providers, says Family Life Educator Tessa Hobbs-Curley:

“The workshop series called Learning, Thinking, Caring helps caregivers and service providers build personal resilience, knowledge, and really strategies for meeting the needs of their cliental. We are offering a free one hour workshop each month. Our first one is September 8th and is titled Let’s Talk About Stress. The next one is Happy Hack for More Positivity and Increased Well-Being and that will be held on October 6th. November 3rd will be third one and it is The Trauma Informed Care Professional.”

The monthly webinar series will be held from 2 to 3 pm. More details can be found at http://extension.illinois.edu/events.
