United Board of Education Discussing the Addition of Weekly One Day Early Out to Next Calendar Year

A light January Board of Education meeting for the United School District with the board approving a life safety amendment to upgrade the septic system at the West Campus, followed by an in-depth discussion of a proposed weekly one day early out schedule by one hour, explains Superintendent Jeff Whitsitt:

No decision has been made by the United School Board on the addition of a one hour early out day to the next calendar year. The proposal will be further discussed and acted on during the February meeting. Superintendent Whitsitt informs a survey has been conducted of the United staff and parents with 80% in support of the 33% returned surveys thus far.
