Severe Weather Brought Power Outages to Local Communities Overnight

Severe storms overnight brought power outages to Western Illinois.  Henderson, Mercer and Warren counties had nearly 2,500 residents without power according to Ameren.   Tennis ball size hail was reported in Swan Creek and more hail was reported throughout McDonough County during multiple storm events.  Wind damage, downed power lines and tree damage were also reported throughout the listening area.
