The Monmouth-Roseville Titans boys basketball team gets back on the court Friday night, traveling to Knoxville to take on the win-less Blue Bullets in a Three Rivers Conference vs Lincoln Trail Conference match up. Monmouth-Roseville is coming off a two-game home stretch against two quality opponents. Last Friday the Titans held on to close out a 54-47 win over the Farmington Farmers, before falling to Riverdale on Tuesday. M-R held a 9-point halftime lead over the Rams, ultimately losing 55-49 after a hot second half by Riverdale.

Now sitting at (5-2) on the season, the Titans are looking to get back in the win column over the Blue Bullets. Speaking on the WRAM Morning Show on Friday morning, Titan head coach Jake Sottos says the team is ready to get back on the floor try and put the loss to Riverdale behind them.

Friday’s Titans/Blue Bullets contest kicks off a long stretch of games on the road for Monmouth-Roseville. Their next game at the Shoebox is nearly a month away on January 5th. You can hear Friday’s contest live from Knoxville High School on Sunny 97.7 WMOI, simulcasted on AM 1330/FM 95.7 WRAM and online at radiomonmouth.com. Tip-off is set for 7:30, so the PCSN pregame show will hit the air at around 7:15.
