The Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau® Foundation is proud to announce this year’s scholarship recipients. Due to the generosity of the Twomey Family Foundation, memorials in honor of loved ones, support from our members and area businesses, and fundraising efforts, the Foundation can assist nineteen applicants this year in furthering their education in agriculture. Each of this year’s recipients will receive a total of $1,300 for the 2024-25 academic year.

The Foundation started awarding scholarships in 1994 and since that time has awarded 412 scholarships and almost $350,000 to students continuing their education in an agricultural field of study.

Meet one of this year’s recipients: Andrew Olson

Andrew Olson attends Carl Sandburg College and majors in animal science with a minor in ad business. Andrew was on the Honors list while at college. In his free time, Andrew enjoys sports, watching sports, and farming with his family. Future plans for Andrew include working for an agricultural business.
