Mrs. Kenlynn E. Plank, 75, of Galesburg, Illinois died at 1:11 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at the Advocate General Lutheran Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois.

She was born on January 3, 1950, in Galesburg to Kenneth E. and Eileen F. (Locke) Grube. She married James M. Morrison in 1968, in Galesburg. She later married Marty Plank on August 8, 1995, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Surviving is her husband, Marty Plank of Galesburg, a son, Troy (and Stacey) Morrison of Galesburg, a daughter, Tiffany Wilson of Galesburg, a stepson, Tony Plank of Denver, Colorado, nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a stepson, Toby Plank.

Kenlynn graduated from Galesburg High School in 1968. She worked for 7-Eleven convenience store, Calico Cat, Tom Bullis and retired in 2015 from Hi Lo Grocery. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Galesburg and a member of the Lake Bracken Country Club. Kenlynn enjoyed traveling, listening to music, dancing, and doing crossword puzzles. She was an avid cat lover. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.

Cremation will be accorded. A Celebration of Life visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Services Galesburg Chapel. The family request that casual attire be worn for the visitation. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or A.S.P.C.A. Online condolences may be shared at www.h-p-w.com.
