After taking a leap into farming five years ago, first-generation farmers Eric and Ann Miller have expanded into the parts business to help bring affordable options to west central Illinois.
“The farm economy isn’t the greatest right now. It’s hard to control a lot of your inputs, but I saw selling parts as a way to kind of control my own inputs,” says owner Eric Miller. “There’s a need for more of a mom-and-pop atmosphere when you go to the store to get parts. I think we’ve kind of gone away from that in the ag industry, and that’s what we’re here to offer.”
Miller Ag Solutions and Parts, based in Little York, offers equipment, parts, and on-site services.
“We sell A&I products—aftermarket tractor parts, industrial, lawn and garden. We also sell Iron Wing parts, another aftermarket company, and we’re actually a rep for Mandeco equipment and a few others,” Miller explains. “If you need a part for your tractor, combine, hay equipment, lawn mower, car, or semi, we can get just about anything you need.”
