High school seniors are invited to apply for the Tri-County Cattlemen Scholarship. Each year, the organization awards seven scholarships to seniors living in Henderson, McDonough, or Warren counties, shares Tri-County Cattlemen Secretary Gayle Baker.
“If you are a high school senior looking for opportunities to fund your agricultural education—whether you’re going into the trades or attending a four-year college—we’d love to help you,” says Baker. “Take a look at our scholarship application on our webpage. And a big thank-you goes to the people who support our banquet, because all the funds we receive through the auction and banquet attendance go directly toward our scholarship program.”
Applications for the Tri-County Cattlemen Scholarship must be postmarked by March 31. More information can be found at TriCountyCattlemen.com.
