Moving on quickly to the 2026 Knox County 4-H Gilt Show, later Tuesday morning. The first half of the Gilt show, included Berkshire, Chester White, Duroc, Hampshire, Landrace, Poland China, Yorkshire, and Tamworth Gilts. With many, many exhibitors and classes, each exhibitor showed their Gilt very well.
The final results comes down to 5th Overall Purebred Gilt, Kelsey Hill, 4th Overall Purebred Gilt, Anna Link, 3rd Overall Purebred Gilt, Shelby Taylor, Reserve Champion Purebred Gilt, Lola Link with Rio Livestock, and lastly, the Champion Purebred Gilt goes to Shelby Taylor with Rio Livestock.
Crossbred Gilts are next with, 5 classes altogether, competing for that Grand Champion title. The final results conclude 5th Overall Crossbred Gilt, Aiden Look, 4th Overall Crossbred Gilt, Tenley Prueet, 3rd Overall Crossbred Gilt, also Tenley Pruett, Reserve Champion Crossbred Gilt, Aliana Hankes with Henderson Aggies, and your Champion Crossbred Gilt goes to Graham Link with Rio Livestock.
The overall results at the Knox County 4-H Gilt Show concludes to 5th Overall Gilt going to Lola Link with Rio Livestock, 4th Overall Gilt going to Tenley Pruett with Rio Livestock, 3rd Overall Girls going to Shelby Taylor with Rio Livestock, Reserve Grand Champion Gilt going to Aliana Hankes with Henderson Aggies, and your Grand Champion Gilt goes to Graham Link with Rio Livestock.
