Donald H. Wilson, 67, of Monmouth, IL passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at his home.

Donald was born August 10, 1958 in Monmouth, the son of Charles Alexander and Ella J. Wilson. He was raised and educated in Monmouth, graduating from Monmouth High School in 1978.

He worked at Farmland, the City of Monmouth at the Waste Water Plant and later as a

mechanic for Pee Wee’s Service.

He was a member of the Monmouth Eagles Club and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his siblings, Roganne (Cort) Chambers, Rodney (Bev) Teel, Guy Teel and Gary (Tara) Teel; Leland (Sandra) Hank and Karen Cassiday.  Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Rex & Vera Kilpatrick, Willard & Zelma Teel; bonus parents, Roger Teel and Leland Hank; brother, Ricky L. Teel; great-nephew, Dominick Hanneman.Cremation has been accorded. A private family interment will take place at Warren County Memorial Park, Monmouth at a later date.
