Diabetes takes a lot of work to manage. Join us for a free Diabetes Management class on Saturday, March 5th at 10am. Learn the Fundamentals of meal planning, physical activity, stress management, home glucose monitoring to manage diabetes. A Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist will lead the class and answer questions.
