Farmer’s Appreciation Breakfast is a traditional event we hold every year to thank and celebrate local agriculture and those who play a role in it! WRAM/WMOI works to be able to put this event on each year. This event is held at the Monmouth American Legion from 7:30 – 9:00 am Friday morning. Lauren Lurkins, Environmental Policy Director of the Illinois Farm Bureau is the Keynote Speaker. Other speakers will include State Representative Norrine Hammond, State Representative Dan Swanson, and Senator Neil Anderson. Special thanks to United and Monmouth-Roseville FFA, the Monmouth American Legion, G&M Distributors, Inc., M&E Catering, FS, and the Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau.
