Discounted Labs at the Warren County Health Department

From April 20th through April 30th, the Warren County Health Department will be offering Discounted Labs for $85, which includes a Full Lipid Panel, Hemoglobin A1c, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, and Complete Blood County. PSA Screenings also available for $45, Vitamin D for $45, and Vitamin B12 for $25. This lab work is done by appointment only. Call Kira at 309-734-1314, extension 3. Clients will need to fast for these labs. Bring cash or check for payment and a copy of your results will be mailed to you and can be shared with your primary provider.
