Join Eagle View Community Health System for their 19th Annual Fundraising Golf Tournament at the Twin Oaks Golf Course in Blandinsville. 4 person select shot. $75 per person, which includes cart, green fees, and food. All proceeds will support Eagle View’s Mobile Dental Unit. Registration forms can be found at all Eagle View Clinics.
