The first 100 people that stop by American Family Insurance, Carol Shaw Agency, 702 North Main Street in Monmouth, will receive a new American Flag to fly. Old flags can also be dropped off for proper retirement. This event is sponsored in conjunction with the Monmouth American Legion.
