2nd Annual in remembrance of Hattie Garrett. Featured will be lots of coats, hats, gloves, scarves in all sizes for everyone. Socks, pillows, and blankets will be at low prices. To be held at Strom Center, 211 South A Street in Monmouth on the 1st Floor. All proceeds will benefit Strom Center’s Emergency Fund for area seniors and disabled adults.
