Knox County Hands Around the Courthouse

In recognition of April being Child Abuse Prevention Month, join CASA of West Central Illinois for their annual Hands Around the Courthouse ceremony in Knox County, located at 200 South Cherry Street in Galesburg. This annual gathering honors children whose lives are impacted by abuse and neglect. It also recognizes the dedication of volunteer advocates who show up where children are, offering stability, building trust, and standing beside them every step of the way.
