Because the clinics will offer only the Moderna vaccine, only residents age 18 and older are eligible to be vaccinated. Registration is preferred, but walk-ins will be accepted upon the availability of vaccine. The Unified Command Vaccine Center is located at 1150 W. Carl Sandburg Dr., Galesburg, IL (former Bergner’s Building south entrance). All individuals are asked to wear a mask.
