Monmouth-Roseville Preschool & Developmental Screenings

Screenings will be held at the District Office and ROE #33 Building, 105 North E Street in Monmouth. Child must be a least 3 years old, bring a certified birth certificate, proof of income, and proof of residency for the preschool screening. Call 309-371-2477 to schedule an appointment.
