The Office of City Marketing and Downtown Development welcomes the community to the Historic Downtown Square for Moon over Macomb on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 10:00am – 12:00pm. Beloved Moon Over Macomb activities such as the Halloween Costume Parade and Horse Drawn Trolley Rides will return for the 2024 event as well as fall-themed children’s activities hosted at the Macomb Public Library, Western Illinois Museum, and the Macomb Arts Center.
