OSF OnCall Connect On the Go

OSF OnCall will be at Warren County Housing, 200 East Harlem Avenue in Monmouth offering health screenings, technology assistance, a connection to resources, and program enrollment. Health screenings are free of charge, virtual visits with a provider will be billed like a traditional office visit.
