Knox County Unified Command has scheduled a first dose Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Saturday, May 22, 2021 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Knox County Unified Command Vaccine Center (former Bergner’s location) located at 1150 W. Carl Sandburg Dr. Galesburg, IL 61401. The Health Department will be administering the Pfizer vaccine (12 years of age and up) at the clinic. Individuals under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parental consent must be signed before the vaccine can be administered. Patients will need a second dose between 21 and 42 days after the first dose.
