Strom Center’s Annual Ice Cream Social will be held in Monmouth from 5 to 7 pm. The Monmouth Municipal Band will begin playing at 7pm. Tickets are $3.50 for adults and $2.50 for children 12 and under and includes ice cream, homemade cake or pie, and a drink. There will also be a 50/50 raffle.
