Warren County Health Department Discounted Labs
October 20, 2025 - October 30, 2025
The Warren County Health Department will offer their lab services for a discounted price October 20th through October 30th during regular business hours. The $75 lab fee includes a full lipid panel, hemoglobin A1c, comprehensive metabolic panel, and a complete blood count. PSA screenings will be available for $30. Vitamin D screen for $40 and Vitamin B12 for $20. This lab work is done by appointment only. Call Kira Schumm at 309-734-1314, extension 3. You do need to fast for this lab work.
