$75 lab fee includes: full lipid panel, hemoglobin A1c, comprehensive metabolic panel, and complete blood count. PSA screenings are $30. Vitamin D $40. Vitamin B-12 is $20. Lab work is by appointment only. Call 309-734-1314 ext. 3 to set up an appointment. Fasting is required for these labs, nothing except water for 12 hours prior to appointment. Cash or check payment. A copy of results will be mailed to you and a copy can be sent to your primary care provider.
