Roll call of Veterans will be read along with a short sermon from Pastor Scott Harris and a 21 gun salute from the American Legion Honor Guard.

Join the Kirkwood Station, located at 405 East Walnut Street, for their Memorial Day Breakfast. Serving biscuits and gravy, eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, and drinks for a freewill donation.

All are invited to the Monmouth American Legion for the annual Memorial Day Program. The Monmouth Municipal Band will play prior to the event starting at 10 am. Keynote speaker will be Dave Mann, a Gold Star Son. A 21-gun salute will follow the ceremony outside with light refreshments available.
