The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Knox County Right to Life will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 2401 N. Broad St. Galesburg, IL.  The meeting will include education and letter writing.
In appreciation for all First Responders, join Legacy Estates of Monmouth, 1200 West Broadway, for breakfast. Serving biscuits and gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, coffee, and juice.
Trivia Night at the Monmouth Country Club beginning at 6 p.m. Contact Stephanie McVey for more information. The Junior Class will also be selling Walking Tacos for the After-Prom fundraiser. Teams are $100 each with up to 10 Members per team. The money will be used for new warm-ups for the Girls Basketball Team
The Knox Jazz Year presents the Jerome Mirza Residency featuring The MigualZenon Quartet at The Orpheum Theater in Galesburg. Admission is free.
Galesburg Parks and Recreation presents their 2nd Saturdays Program from 9:30 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. and is a free program for all ages. Ice fishing will occur if weather permits.
Melt Away the Winter Community Soup Dinner will be held Sunday, January 15, 2023 at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Kirkwood from 11:30 to 1pm for a free will donation. All proceeds will support local missions. Carry outs available.

Upcoming events include the National March for Life Expo in Washington DC on January 20, 2023. This is the 50th annual march and the theme this year is titled “Next Steps: Marching in a Post-Roe America”. The Illinois March for Life will be March 21, 2023, in Springfield, IL.
