Medicare Part D enrollment is right around the corner. For those turning 65 and older, informational meetings will be held at Strom Center shares Executive Director Carol McCrery:
“For people that are just turning 65 or will be 65 by the end of the year, please give us a call. Also, we plan to have our informational meetings the first week of October. Enrollment is from October 15th through December 7th. One week before the 7th, we will not accept new medication forms because we usually use that last week to contact companies and so forth to make sure that people are actually enrolled if they have not received their confirmation. Make sure you get those in so that we can assure that you will get an on-site review and not a telephone call.”
Yellow medication forms for Medicare D enrollment will be available at Strom Center in Monmouth beginning September 11th, with appointments being able to be scheduled then as well.
