Patty D. Paulsgrove, 86, of Monmouth, IL, passed away at 10:33 a.m., Saturday, March 23, 2024 at OSF St. Mary’s Medical Center, Galesburg, IL. 

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 30, 2024 at McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth, IL.  Interment will be in Warren County Memorial Park, Monmouth, IL.  Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m., Friday, March 29, 2024    at the funeral home.  Memorials can be made to Anderson Humane Behavior Program and can be sent to the funeral home.  For more information or to leave an online condolence, please visit www.mcguireanddaviesfuneralhome.com
