The Monmouth-Roseville girls soccer team is once again gearing up to host a regional tournament beginning this afternoon. The Titans team that got its start during the spring of 2021, has hosted postseason play at Pattee Fields in Monmouth the past few seasons in a row. This season, Monmouth-Roseville boasts a very solid 11-4-3 overall record heading into today’s semifinal matchup with the Canton Litte Giants. Canton comes into today’s contest with a 4-12-2 record, but they have played the Titans tough in their two matchups this season, with Monmouth-Roseville coming away with a close 1-0 win in their first game back on March 21st, and the two teams tying 0-0 in their most recent contest on April 25th. Monmouth-Roseville High School Athletic Director Jeremy Adolphson says the team and the entire athletic department is excited for a chance to host another regional title game at Pattee Fields.

If the Titans can capture a win over Canton, they will advance to Tuesday’s title game.

You can listen to all the action from Monmouth-Roseville’s regional soccer semifinal on AM 1330/FM 95.7 WRAM, kick-off is set for 12 so our pre-game show coverage will hit the air at 11:45.
