A ten-year-old boy is dead after drowning in Lake Potter in Rock Island.  Authorities say the Rock Island Fire Department responded to the lake yesterday in the 18-hundred Sunset Lane for a child missing in the water.  Responding crews learned that four children were swimming in the water and became distressed.  Two of the children were able to swim back to shore, while a third was assisted to the shore by a bystander.  However, the fourth child was still missing.  Rescue crews eventually located the missing child and the other three children were sent to the hospital, where their conditions are unknown.
