The City of Monmouth continues to see signs of growth, with several projects moving forward across the city, according to Mayor Rod Davies:
“As you can all see, the Warren County Enforcement Center is well underway. Midwestern Pet Foods just completed a new 70’ x 227’ warehouse storage facility to help with their continued growth and expansion. RP Lumber had a big warehouse space go up, that was 60’ x 128’. They are telling us that they hope to be open in late September,” informs Mayor Davies.
“I saw a sign go up out east between Hirschbach and Fareway for a future car wash. I think there is another car wash being developed out north on 67 at the old Fresenius Center,” Mayor Davies adds.
Additionally, Mayor Davies has appointed Mike Dutton to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
