Henderson County Board Recognized for Commitment to Agriculture

During the June Warren County Board meeting on Wednesday, Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau President Jake Armstrong presented a plaque in appreciation of the board’s commitment to agriculture. This comes following the board’s passage of a resolution supporting agriculture and the agricultural industry in Warren County.

We are “very grateful that they adopted this; happy to do this,” says Armstrong. “It was just reaching out, saying, ‘Hey, we’re here to help’, it lets us start that relationship; lets us start that connection together in that we can just support agriculture in Warren County. I am very happy to do this.”

Pro-agriculture resolutions have been passed in counties across Illinois as part of the Allies in Agriculture program through the Illinois Farm Bureau.
