Each year the Buchanan Center for the Arts hosts their Taste of the Arts Gala to raise funds for arts programming in the local community. Executive Director Kristyne Gilbert shares this year’s theme and details:

“This time of year, we start planning our Taste of the Arts Gala. It is our 35th Anniversary, the board and staff are excited to celebrate the annual Taste of the Arts Gala with a Totally Awesome 80s theme. Tickets to the event are $60 and include M&E Catering’s heavy hors d’oeuvres and dessert buffet, as well as two drink tickets, live music with DJ Vital Beats, and lots of fun that evening. A few throwback surprises from the 80s and maybe even some video games. For those of you who experienced the 80s, we are going to have a lot of nostalgia there.”

The BCA’s ‘Awesome 80s’ Taste of the Arts Gala will be held Saturday, November 9th at 6 pm.
