United Girls Golf Class 1A Regional Champions

The United Girls Golf team came home from the Ridgewood Regional as the Class 1A Regional Champions shooting a team score of 370. Ridgewood finished second with 384 and Rockridge third with 395. What a great effort in spite of it being really windy today. Paige Christianson led the way today shooting 90. She was followed by Leighton Trego and Meredith Yung with 92, Emmie Briggs with 96, Jalyn Wallace with 105 and Brodi McVeigh with 124. Paige, Leighton and Meredith took home IHSA pins for finishing third and tied for fourth. Next up is a trip to El Paso Golf Club on Monday Oct. 7th for the class 1A Sectional.
