There were 3 proposition questions on the consolidated election ballot facing voters in Warren County on April 1st. One dealt with a facility tax. In addition to school facility purposes, should the Warren County school districts be authorized to use revenues from the tax commonly referred to as the school facility tax that is currently imposed in Warren County at a rate of 1 percent for school resource officers and mental health professionals. Voters on Tuesday overwhelmingly said yes 2333 to 887.
Part of another proposition was giving the board of education of Abingdon-Avon community school district the ok to build and equip an addition to the middle school, alter, repair and equip existing facilities of the school district, and issue bonds to pay for it. There were only 3 precincts in Warren County for this question and failed 147 to 77.
Voters on Tuesday overwhelmingly said yes for the Village of Roseville to permit keeping female poultry within the corporate limits of the village of Roseville. This proposition passed 149 to 77, or nearly 66 percent.
