Share

The Tri-County Cattlemen’s Association scholarship winners have been announced and recently recognized during their school’s banquet nights, informs Secretary Gayle Baker:

“We just finally have made it to all the school award banquets. This year we had five applicants for our scholarship program. Each year we normally give out about $7,500 to the recipients. This year, Jeffrey Lee from Macomb Senior High School was our Casey Krieg scholarship winner, that is supported by the Casey Krieg Foundation as well as Tri-County Cattlemen. Then our Tri-County scholarship winners were Hannah Thompson, Masyn Riggins, Jackson Gillen, and Drew Kriese. All of our scholarship winners were from United High School and Macomb High School this year.”

The Tri-County Cattlemen’s Association scholarship program is funded through proceeds raised during the annual banquet in February.
