This Saturday, November 15th, the Warren County History Museum will host their fall Muster in Monmouth event, shares Executive Director Dr. Eugene Watkins:
“It is kind of our tribute to the veterans everywhere, but we tend to focus in with the museum collections on local veterans. It spans probably a 200-year timeline and we also have some artifacts from the other side. It is a lot of military memorabilia, artifacts, uniforms, weapons, and then those of us that are overseeing it will be dressed in different time periods and highlight some of these veterans. We have their uniforms and have been digging into their past and into their histories of where they were at.”
Muster in Monmouth, which is free and open to the public, will be held from 9 am to 5 pm at the Warren County History Museum this Saturday.
