As part of the $5 million gift Monmouth College received from an alum, taking liabilities off their books was part of the endowment. One of those projects is tearing down the now unused fraternity complex on campus, informs Senior Marketing Director Keri Dodson:

“One of our liabilities on campus is our closed down fraternity complex. This spring and into the summer, just letting the community know, there is going to be some increased traffic, construction traffic on Euclid by the Pi Phi house and by Liedman Hall as well. That will begin this spring and for now it is just going to be some additional green space for that area.”
