Illinois FFA Names 2025-2026 Top 10 Section Presidents

Ten students were recently named Illinois FFA Top 10 Section Presidents in recognition of excelling in their role as an Illinois FFA Section President. They will be recognized for their achievement later this year during the 2026 Illinois FFA State Convention.

The 2025-26 award winners are:

·       Jolene Blackert, Section 3, Cambridge High School, Henry County

·       Shelby Garbacz, Section 7, Earlville High School, LaSalle County

·       Tiffany Rustman, Section 9, Flanagan-Cornell High School, Livingston County

·       Isabella Bunting, Section 10, Dwight High School, Livingston County

·       Collin Johnson, Section 14, Franklin High School, Morgan County

·       Gehrig Bunselmeyer, Section 16, Maroa-Forsyth High School, Macon County

·       Levi German, Section 19, Nokomis High School, Montgomery County

·       Sydney Kuergeleis, Section 22, Waterloo High School, Monroe County

·       Haven Cash, Section 23, North Clay High School, Clay County

·       Mackenna Wesseln, Section 24, Pinckneyville High School, Perry County

As a Top Section President, students are invited to attend the Premier 20 Leadership Conference held April 27-28 in Bloomington. The conference is an opportunity for youth in agriculture from FFA and 4-H to further cultivate leadership and professional development skills.

Illinois Farm Bureau and Affiliates Youth Education in Agriculture Committee (YEA) seek to cultivate the next generation of leaders in Illinois and are the proud sponsors of both the Illinois FFA Top 10 Section President award and Premier 20 Leadership conference.
