Shopping local isn’t just about purchases being made, it’s also about spreading the word and interacting on social media, reminds Maude Specklebelly’s Owner Jaime Ballard:

“Retail is tricky. I know that Maude’s is a specialty boutique and not everyone can spend their dollars there, but I like to remind people that even if it is not in your budget right now, you can always like my posts, share my posts, tell a friend. You never know who you are going to tell, who you are going to share Maude’s about with.”

Maude Specklebelly’s, located at 109 East Broadway, is celebrating eleven years with the Monmouth community.
